4 rounds each person (2 on row, 2 on AB, alternating) (1 set work/1 set rest)

FT (TC 5)
25 cal Row or 18 cal Bike
40 air squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups
Start each set every 5 minutes. Get times for each set. If athlete can´t finish, note number of reps. Minimum, each athlete will have 5 min break between efforts. Each amrap should be max effort.
