Teams of 2
3 x 12 min TC (2 min rest between)

a)12 min amrap (change between every movement)
15 kb swings
10 burpees
5 pull ups

b) 12 min amrap / max rep wall climbs
(one athlete has to do 20 wb, both atlethes perform wall climbs together)
20 wall balls + 1 wall climb
20 wb + 2 wall climbs
20 wb + 3 wall climbs
etc….

d) 3k row / as fast as possible/ change every 300 m
