Talk to one of our coaches about your Goals
On the day of your call, you will talk to one of our coaches about your fitness and nutrition goals. We will give you an expert view of your current situation and how CrossFit can help you achieve your goals.
Choose between Nutrition Coaching/ Personal Training or Group Training
The coach will offer you different programs: group training, personal training, and nutrition coaching. You can either choose one or combine to your liking.
Sign the agreement
We offer flexible agreement periods to suit your schedule and needs. Whether you want to work out 5 or 3 times a week, we have a different agreements for all likings. Also, you can choose between 6 or 12 months contracts and "freezing" your contract in case of travel is possible too.
After you sign the agreement you will get started with your first workout and/or coaching session. You will immediately meet the great community of people that welcomes you with open and supportive arms.
