Let me tell you a story about how CrossFit changed my life and how it is changing the life of many others.
I used to work 50-70 hours a week in an office and travelled through entire Europe on meetings. I tried to be active by going to the gym, running some half-marathons, riding my bike and not to eat too much bad stuff.
Still something was making me feel unfitter for every day even though I was spending all that time running and training. Now I realize I was just completely wasting my time back then and I hope this writing can help some people not to waste their time like I did.
