Group Intro Program

The intro program is a two weeks progression and introduction to CrossFit.

The sessions are always 90 min long Wednesday and Sundays with a lot of technique and theory combined. In total it is 6 packed hours of learning something new!

To that you can also join one additional BodyFitness class anytime you want.
After you have participated in the two intro weeks you can participate for 2 more weeks, up to 3 times a week in any class you like.

Start the next Sunday or Wednesday! We will confirm this booking with you.

Sunday: 9:30-11:00
