Personal Training

Personal Training Program is a 1-1 (or up to 4 persons) training with full attention on your progress and your goals.

We use our health and fitness map to analyse your fitness. It involves analysis skeletal muscle mass, body fat, blood pressure and cardiovascular health.
You will stay in close contact with your coach to keep you going. Your results are our best proof of that it works.
